Shipping Fees

Standard shipping and handling fees will be added during the checkout process. The fees will be added according to the following schedule:

$0 - $49.99 $6.00
$50 - $99.99 $8.00
$100 - $149.99 $12.00
$150 - $199.99 $14.00
$200 and over Contact customer service

For Rush service, International shipping, or orders totaling $200 or above, One World Music will contact you with the amount required for shipping and handling.

Sales Tax

Sales tax of 8.57% will be added to orders delivered to any address in California.

Returns and Exchanges

Thank you for your purchase. We work very closely with our distributors to ensure that our products are of the finest quality. However, there are those rare occasions when a product does not work the way it is intended.

Although One World Music does not offer refunds on merchandise, we will be happy to exchange any product not performing properly.

Simply send an email to products@oneworldmusic.com and include the following information:

1) The product(s) purchased
2) The date the product(s) were purchased
3) Detailed description of product malfunction
4) Your name (company name), mailing address, direct contact number and email address
5) How purchased, e.g. credit card, check, paypal

A sales representative will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your email to make arrangements for the exchange.

In the event we can not exchange the item for one of equal value, we offer our customers a full refund.
