Design Process
One World Music programs grow out of collaborative discussions that engage our team — expert instructional designers, musicians, and facilitators — and yours — the people who know your organization best. We work closely with you to understand your industry, your organization, your goals, and your audience. Together we customize a One World Music session that addresses whatever level of impact you desire:
Level 1: Celebration, recognition, fun, interactivity, building rapport and connection.
Level 2: Improving performance, targeted learning, specific applications.
Level 3: Catalyzing system-wide change, or a series of programs tied together by a larger strategic framework
If you are planning a One World Music program as part of a larger event, we design around the rest of your agenda to assure that our program meshes with other messages your audience will be experiencing. We also can brainstorm with you to determine the best timing for a One World Music program during your event — beginning, middle or end — as each placement carries with it its own unique advantages.
Customized Pricing
A variety of factors have an impact on the pricing of One World Music programs, including lead times, desired outcomes, level of customization, audience size (from 10 to 5,000), number of facilitators (1 to 10), number and type of instructional materials selected, distance to be traveled, and whether we are conducting a one-time program or multiple engagements. All factors considered, programs generally cost between $10,000 and $100,000. The majority of programs run between $10,000 and $40,000 plus expenses, and yes, we do offer a different rate structure for some non-profit organizations.
If your budget is under $10,000, we also have a few product-based approaches we can discuss with you. We provide the tools and the training for your internal facilitators to handle the program.
