December 6, 1996 Gary Muszynski Dear Gary: On behalf of Starbucks Coffee Company, I would like to thank you for bringing rhythm, synergy and learning to our partners (employees). My experience with your group was outstanding. We have tough standards when it comes to learning and development at Starbucks and your team wowed hundreds! Throughout our collaborative relationship you demonstrated excellent preprogram assessment, design of the targeted learning outcomes and integration of our mission statement, internal "buzz" words and focus, customer care. Your consulting calls, contract negotiations and performance left us wanting more! I was impressed by your insight and professionalism and felt strongly that our culture and your philosophies were a match made in "samba heaven." In addition to excitement, our partners took the lessons from the debrief sessions and shared them with partners back in the stores (continuous learning).
