Mr. Muszynski and his company were selected to participate in our 1998 Owners and General Managers Conference. Our goal was to select a company that could provide an innovative, barrier-breaking event to showcase our President's Award winners, teach the power of vision, and demonstrate to both the President's Award winners and our managers and owners the four principles around which we built our conference; innovation and change; leadership and commitment; high performance teams and operating effectiveness.

We desired to stretch the performance boundaries for the President's Award winners by achieving success in a fairly unstructured, unfamiliar environment. Through One World Music, we succeeded.
