The Synergy Through Samba program fit right into our agenda. We especially appreciated your willingness to customize your program to fit our agenda and to highlight our theme of knowledge management. You were able to connect the program with our conceptual models of knowledge management and knowledge creation in terms of how people acquire and share knowledge.
