18 November 1998 Gary Muszynski Dear Gary, On behalf of the Institute for the Future and the Outlook Project team, I would like to thank you for participating in our Outlook Exchange in such a unique and synergistic way. The Synergy Through Samba program fit right into our agenda. We especially appreciated your willingness to customize your program to fit our agenda and to highlight our theme of knowledge management. You were able to connect the program with our conceptual models of knowledge management and knowledge creation in terms of how people acquire and share knowledge. Your flexibility and your willingness to work with our agenda made all the difference and really made the program something special for our participants. Our post-Exchange evaluations showed your session to be the hit of the meeting. It ranked higher than almost any other session.
