Thank you for the hard work of you and your team in presenting Synergy through Samba at the Harley-Davidson Motor Company Diversity Summit. This event, as you know, was to be a benchmark event for employees who volunteer on the eight H-D Diversity Councils across the country.

The results were exciting.

Through your workshop's step-by-step process, our teams had fun while identifying and exploring group dynamics and communications. I was also very impressed and appreciative of the time you spent "Harleyizing" your presentation; the connections that you made to our business and organizational culture definitely hit the mark. This experience led to a much-needed discovery of new opportunities, and a renewed sense of camaraderie and commitment.
