May 13, 1997 Gary Muszynski Dear Gary: I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for the excellent program you and your "Samba" team put together for our Marketing Conference. We define success by achieving "consumer wow’s" with our products—the "Synergy Through Samba" program more than wow’ed our group. Impressing our team of highly-educated, highly driven marketers has historically proven a very difficult task. "Samba’s" blend of music and non-athletic movement energized our large group into one excited team. I have not seen that many people have so much fun while learning the essence of good teamwork.
