July 15, 1996 Gary Muszynski Dear Gary: Wanted to pass along my appreciation for your efforts in making the "Synergy Through Samba" session for our QCQP weekend in Williamsburg, VA, last month such a successful and meaningful experience. It is always a challenge to bring together dealer and Company employees and create an experience that can relate to their daily work challenge. I must admit, at the beginning of the morning, I had my doubts with the skeptical mood displayed by many. The session, however, took the group that was quite closed and totally transformed their thinking and behavior. At the end of the morning, it was gratifying to hear comments from many of the skeptics on their connection between experience in forming a cohesive sounding musical ensemble and working effectively across functions in their respective dealerships.
