Corporation August 13, 1996 Gary Muszynski Subject: Synergy Through Samba Workshop - June, 1996 Dear Gary, On behalf of the Education & Development Department at Chrysler Corporation, I would like to take this opportunity to commend you on providing us with the Synergy Through Samba experience. Through your unique training process, innovative delivery techniques, customized debriefings and musical choreographing, the group was able to accomplish two goals. First, the group was able to celebrate the formation of the department vision, purpose, and process plan for accomplishing our team and individual goals, together. And secondly, the group was able to take the next step in our journey on a motivational and upbeat note. This was a pleasant and fun change from traditional workshops. Additionally, through an informal reflection process, individuals of our group expressed many positive and inspiring benefits from the workshop. Many enjoyed the "experience" and "debriefing" combination as a true cognitive and internalized learning experience. Some have indicated that the experience provided enhanced communication among ourselves and an environment in which to experience and appreciate each other’s skills.
