Synergy Through Samba; 500 participants in each of three programs over three days
With a new CEO at the helm, a new senior vice president leading the customer service team, and new competitive challenges in the marketplace, the time had come for this traditionally conservative major airline to shake things up.
The company's new leaders wanted a program that communicated their commitment to creating a culture that combines fun with hard work. Collaborating with One World Music, the company organized a three-day employee conference around a Carnaval theme. Each day, 500 different participants took part in a Synergy Through Samba workshop. The new senior vice president joined One World Music on stage to kick-off each workshop and link the event’s theme to the company's culture-change strategy.
