Recommendation for One World Music

We tried One World Music for American Airlines Customer Service conference to basically accomplish 3 things:

- reinforce the benefits of working together

- illustrate that work can be fun

- leave a lasting memroy of the conference, specifically, that things are different

I believe we succeeded on each of these objectives. One World Music is a very professional group and their program is absolutely unforgettable. Even for the few humbugs in our group who could not see the use in the program, it was memorable. My expectation is that one month after the conference, no one will recall one iota of my speech but everyone will remember playing a weird looking instrument.

If you are looking to make a statement of change and feel that speeches are at best only moderately effective, I recommend One World Music very highly.
